The 4^th, 5^th and 6^th days will be dedicated to optional excursions, pre congress training and post congress study tours in  primate field sites including Ngamba Chimpanzee Island, Mabira Forest, Budongo Forest, Kibale Forest and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest led by local collaborators (Uganda Wildlife Authority, Chimpanzee Trust Uganda, Nature and Livelihoods, Budongo Conservation Field Station).
